This year we've been asking our clients what made them place their translation or interpreting order with Talk Russian. The survey was quick, easy and contained just one question: What made you choose Talk Russian?
The results have been fabulous.
28.1% came to us through recommendation, which is great and is the best endorsement anyone can hope for;
12.5% appreciated a fast turnaround;
Another 12.5% valued professional advice given prior to order.
A surprisingly small percentage, 6.3%, liked the price, which shows that along with everything else it’s not always the only thing that swings preference;
And the biggest share, 31.3%, picked “Other”. Further details revealed that our clients' choice of the Russian language provider was driven by a combination of all these factors. To know that the majority of our customers, who took part in the survey, found most of the benefits they look for when it comes to their translation or interpreting needs is fantastic. We couldn't have wished for better feedback.
